About Our Firm

Pedestrian Safety Factors

Pedestrians can and should decrease their risk by taking safety precautions when walking or running near the road or crossing the street. When possible, cross the street at a designated crosswalk, following traffic signals. Be especially cautious at night, and increase visibility by carrying a flashlight when walking and/or by wearing retro-reflective clothing that helps to highlight body movements. Walk or run on a sidewalk whenever possible. If there is no sidewalk available, walk or run facing traffic. However, even in the best of circumstances pedestrian accidents may not be completely preventable. If you have been the victim of a pedestrian/vehicle accident and need experienced legal representation, contact the Glassman Law Firm today.

Defective Product Claims

If you've suffered because of a defective or dangerous product, medication, medical device, or other manufactured item, you might have a product liability claim.
